I have a payment from PayStar

If you see a payment from Paystar on your bank statement, it is likely related to a payment you made to one of our billers. We charge a service fee at the point of the transaction, which you would have agreed to when submitting a payment. 

Our Billers are mostly utility companies or government entities, and you will typically see the biller you paid above or below the Paystar payment on your bank statement.
